Dunkin’ Donuts has launched an aggressive marketing campaign against Starbucks, complete with the Website, www.dunkinbeatstarbucks.com, based on the results of a blind taste test.

The Website, www.dunkinbeatstarbucks.com, is very user friendly and dramatic. One of the pages features a sign saying “Friends don’t let friends drink Starbucks.” Refreshment service operators need to realize that specialty coffee remains a fast growing industry and all players need to market hard if they want to win their share of the business.
