Dunkin’ Donuts, Marketing War contro Starbucks

Dunkin’ Donuts has launched an aggressive marketing campaign against Starbucks, complete with the Website,, based on the results of a blind taste test.

The Website,, is very user friendly and dramatic. One of the pages features a sign saying “Friends don’t let friends drink Starbucks.” Refreshment service operators need to realize that specialty coffee remains a fast growing industry and all players need to market hard if they want to win their share of the business.
